By using LaunchLook (free or paid), you agree to these terms. LaunchLook is operated by Rob Dods. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

The service

LaunchLook provides a pre-launch checkup of your publicly accessible web app (including vibe-coded apps and Webflow sites). We capture screenshots and HTML from your live URL, draft findings, and Rob (the founder) personally reviews and edits the list before delivery. You receive PDF report(s) by email. Optionally, you may request a sanitized public web page at launchlook.app/r/{your-slug} for sharing on social (private until you opt in). We report issues visible to end users and supply paste-into-builder fix text. We do not guarantee your app is secure, bug-free, or ready for production.

Free audit

The free tier delivers up to 2 findings by email. No payment required. Same human review standards, but narrower scope than paid tiers. Free audits are rate-limited. No warranty beyond what is stated in these terms and our refund policy (refunds apply to paid purchases only).

Paid tiers and add-ons

Paid tiers (Starter $19, Scale Up $49, Pro $99) include more findings and bundled PDFs as described on the pricing page. Optional add-ons include:

• Broken Flow Review ($49): post-launch only. One named failing flow, up to ~5 focused findings. Not a full pre-launch audit.
• Fix Check: a re-scan after you apply fixes (priced at delivery; discounted within 14 days of the original audit).
• Handoff Report: included on Pro; available as an add-on on lower tiers. Formatted for a developer you hire next.

Add-ons follow the same refund window unless we say otherwise in writing.

Not a security audit

Our checkup is not penetration testing or compliance certification. The Scale Up ($49) and Pro ($99) tiers include a basic cross-user visibility check, not a full security audit. The Pro Package integrations review covers configuration of Stripe, auth, email, and analytics services from the customer-facing surface only; it is not a security review of those providers. For security-focused reviews, use a dedicated security scanner or hire a security professional.

Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate app URL and intake information.
• Confirm you own the app or have permission to submit it for review.
• Only provide temporary test accounts you own or have permission to use.
• Submit credentials only through our Tally intake form, not by email.
• Apply fixes at your own risk. We do not modify your app.

Acceptable use

Do not submit apps you do not have rights to review, apps used for illegal activity, or requests meant to harass or overload our systems. We may refuse service, cancel an order, and refund you if a request is abusive, impossible to fulfill, or outside our scope.

Reports and sharing

You may use your PDF reports internally and share them with teammates or contractors. If you opt in to a public web page, you are responsible for what you post publicly. We will not use your report in marketing without your written permission. The sample on our site is a demo Main Report PDF (/sample).

Turnaround times

Paid tiers: delivered within 48 hours of intake submission when possible, often sooner. Free audit: usually within a few days. Pro buyers can reply with up to 5 questions about their findings; Rob answers personally within 24 hours. Fix Check and other re-scans are scheduled after you email us.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid report, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

LaunchLook is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific checkup or add-on.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
