By purchasing or using LaunchLook, you agree to these terms.
The service
LaunchLook provides a manual review of your publicly accessible web application. We report issues visible to end users and supply suggested fix prompts for AI builders. We do not guarantee your app is secure, bug-free, or ready for production.
Not a security audit
Our checkup is not penetration testing or compliance certification. The Ship Package ($29) tier includes a basic cross-user visibility check, not a full security audit. For security-focused reviews, use a dedicated security scanner or hire a security professional.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate app URL and intake information.
- Only provide temporary test accounts you own or have permission to use.
- Submit credentials only through our Tally intake form, not by email.
- Apply fixes at your own risk — we do not modify your app.
Turnaround times
Starter Package ($9): 24 hours from intake completion. Ship Package ($29): 12 hours from intake completion. Follow-up re-scans are quoted separately when you email us after fixes.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your report, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
LaunchLook is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific checkup.
