Webflow · Designer-to-live checkup
Send your live URL. We open every page on desktop and Webflow’s three breakpoints (991 / 767 / 478), submit forms, and check if notifications actually arrive. You get a PDF on broken forms, accidental noindex, missing schema, Designer-to-live mismatches, and mobile breakage. The founder reads every finding before it ships. Fix steps use Webflow Designer language, not dev jargon.
Delivered when it’s ready, usually within a few days · 7-day full refund if the report isn't useful.
You send your live Webflow URL
Through our 30-second intake form: the live URL (webflow.io subdomain or your custom domain), one-line description, and pick “Webflow” from the platform list.
We click through on every breakpoint
Every page captured at desktop and the three Webflow mobile breakpoints (991px / 767px / 478px). We submit forms, check whether confirmation emails land, read robots.txt and noindex tags, check JSON-LD schema, and flag Designer-to-published mismatches.
A founder personally reviews every finding
Every report is reviewed by the founder before it ships. False positives get dropped, wording that doesn’t land gets cut, and only the things you should actually fix make it into the final PDF.
You get two PDFs by email
Your Main Report and Quick Start Guide arrive in your inbox. Each finding has a paste-ready fix instruction in Webflow Designer language: “In Webflow Designer, navigate to Pages → [page] → select [element] → update X to Y.”
Scope
On Pro ($99) you can also Ask Rob anything: up to 5 questions on your findings, personal reply within 24 hours.
Different by design
Webflow QA today is either the University checklist (free, ~2 hours, you need to know what to look for) or a $899+ agency audit. We’re in the middle: a fast check from $19, with a real person reading the list before you see it.
| What you get from LaunchLook for Webflow | What you usually get elsewhere |
|---|---|
| URL-only, no Workspace or Designer access | Human auditors ask for Editor or Designer access, plus a 1-week scheduling window |
| Webflow Designer language in every finding’s paste-into-Designer fix text (Pages, Style Manager, Symbols) | Generic dev advice (“add canonical tag,” “update meta”) that doesn't say which Designer panel to open |
| $19 / $49 / $99. Refund in 7 days. | $899 minimum on Codeable / Webflow Experts. No refund window. |
| Catches the post-Nov-2024 silent form failures | Most Webflow QA was written before the change. They still don't check. |

When to run one
Before client handoff. Before the Loom you send the marketing team. Before you swap the staging URL onto the custom domain. Before the form goes live and quietly drops every lead.
Run a quick LaunchLook for Webflow checkup first.
Webflow is great at building. It won’t click through like a first-timer, check if form emails arrive, or catch what breaks at 767px. That’s what we do.
Every paid tier gets the same founder review. You’re picking how deep we go.
Works with any Webflow site (webflow.io preview subdomain or custom domain). Every report is reviewed by a founder before delivery. No Designer or Workspace access required. Pay → intake form (pick “Webflow” as platform) → two PDFs by email. Full refund within 7 days if the report isn't useful.

Questions
No. We only need your live URL (your .webflow.io subdomain or your custom domain). We don't request Workspace access, Editor seats, Designer logins, or your CMS API key. If a tool ever asks for those things just to spot broken UI, be wary.
Yes. Your .webflow.io preview URL works fine, as long as it's reachable. We do flag whether the preview is set to noindex (often a good thing for staging, sometimes accidentally still set when you cut over to custom domain).
A human-only audit on Codeable or Webflow Experts runs $899 to $4,800 because every minute is billable. We capture every page at every breakpoint, run the standard Webflow checks (forms, noindex, schema, breakpoints) automatically, then I read every finding and cut the false positives before it ships. Sub-$100, same human review.
That's what the founder review catches. Every finding is verified against the actual screenshots and live HTML before delivery. Anything that isn't grounded in real evidence gets dropped, not shipped. If a finding still doesn't match what you see, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
Yes. We submit a probe payload to every form on your site and flag any that silently fail to send. The Nov 2024 Webflow update broke form handlers for many sites in a way that still shows a success message while dropping the submission server-side. That's the pattern most agencies don't catch for months.
Webflow is great at building. It can’t walk your site as a confused first-time visitor, test whether your contact form actually sends, or catch the layout that collapses at the 767 breakpoint.
We do. Someone who’s never seen your site tries to use it the way you intended. Most sites have 5 to 10 things a first visitor would notice before you do: broken forms, mobile breakage, missing trust pages.
No, it complements it. The Webflow University checklist is the right place to start if you have 2 hours and know what to look for. LaunchLook is the second pair of eyes that catches what you stopped seeing. Many of our customers run the Webflow checklist first, then send us the URL to confirm.
No. We focus on what's visible: broken UI, broken forms, missing schema, accidentally indexable pages, mobile breakage. For deep security, you don't need much on a Webflow site (the platform handles most of it), but if you have custom code blocks or third-party embeds you want pen-tested, that's a different product.
On the Pro ($99) tier, yes. We deliver a white-label-friendly PDF with no LaunchLook branding in the body, plus personal Q&A (up to 5 questions answered within 24 hours) you can relay to your client or in-house team.
Not happy? Email hello@launchlook.app within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Fair question.
We only see what anyone on the internet can see. Your live public URL. No Workspace, no Designer login, no CMS API key, no source code. If it’s not public yet, we can’t see it.
One person reviews your audit: me (Rob), the founder. Not a team, not outsourced. Screenshots get deleted after your report goes out.
I’m a technical writer, not a dev trying to clone your site. I couldn’t rebuild what you built if I tried, and I don’t want to.
If you still want something in writing, email hello@launchlook.app and I’ll send a one-page mutual NDA by return. No questions asked.
